Catalyst Partners in New York is seeking a Global Head of Compensation to lead and shape our worldwide compensation strategy. You will partner with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, and HR to drive governance, planning, and executive reward initiatives in a lean, high-performing environment.

This role offers visibility to the executive team and the opportunity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering data-driven insights, market benchmarking, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading compensation in a complex corporate or financial services environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives and governance forums.
• Strong knowledge of incentive design, benchmarking, budgeting and governance.
• Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation planning and workforce budgeting with Finance and HR.
• Support senior leaders in compensation decisions and workforce planning.
• Develop executive materials and recommendations for governance forums.
• Build financial and workforce models for planning and forecasting.
• Advise on hiring, promotions, retention, and org changes.
• Oversee governance processes, frameworks, and reward strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and benchmarking insights.
• Ensure data integrity across compensation reporting and systems.
• Manage compensation technology platforms and annual cycles.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and HR on regulatory governance.
