Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a RevOps Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Revenue Operations and the broader business. You will partner with Sales, Systems Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Operations, Partner Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans.

You will establish governance, manage risks, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from definition through implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, business operations, Revenue Operations, or related experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Independently manage moderately complex projects from scoping through implementation.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic priorities into executable plans and define governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Revenue Operations and broader orgs.
• Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and drive resolutions.
• Establish owners, decisions, and next steps for each workstream.
• Provide executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and health.
• Help establish repeatable project management standards and governance.
