Job summary

Lingraphica, a mission-driven leader in AAC technology, seeks a Senior RevOps Manager to own business tooling, data governance, and cross-functional change initiatives. You will align processes across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance while reporting to executive leadership.

This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and strategic program execution, with opportunities to shape enterprise systems and data-driven decisions. Remote work from the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Operations in a leadership capacity.
• Track record translating business requirements into system and process design.
• Demonstrated cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
• Data literacy, able to define and validate metrics/reporting logic, not just consume dashboards.
• Background in change management, with strong written communication and demonstrated ability to adjust tone and detail by audience.
• Comfort handling sensitive change contexts, such as reorganizations and workflow disruption.
• Experience running multi-workstream projects and programs.
• Familiarity with formal governance frameworks (steering committees, RACI, escalation structures).
• Comfortable presenting status to executive and board audiences.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) is required up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings with possible additional travel (approximately 2-3 times annually) for conferences and events as needed

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end RevOps process design across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance.
• Own data governance and source of truth for pipeline, forecast, and attribution reporting.
• Act as business owner for enterprise systems and cross-departmental workflows.
• Partner with Finance on forecast and reporting alignment.
• Provide input for reporting and BI needs and prioritization with Technology Team.
• Define and maintain project governance structures and change-request intake.
• Drive tool adoption across functions and ensure governance.
