Lingraphica, a mission-driven leader in AAC technology, seeks a Sr. Manager, Process Improvement (Remote).

You will own the RevOps and cross‑functional change initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance, guiding governance and data integrity while reporting to executives. You will design end‑to‑end processes, drive tool adoption, manage change plans, and collaborate with Finance on forecasts, with travel up to 2 times per year within the U.S.

Formación

• 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Operations leadership with process development accountability.
• Experience translating business requirements into system and process design.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own RevOps business ownership across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance.
• Facilitate end-to-end process design including lead routing, stage definitions, and handoffs.
• Own enterprise systems and information architecture with cross-departmental workflows.
• Ensure data trustworthiness for pipeline, forecast, and attribution reporting.
• Partner with Finance on forecast alignment and with Tech on BI needs.
• Drive adoption of tools and update change roadmaps.
• Develop and execute change-management plans and stakeholder communications.
• Escalate risk and coordinate training with function leads.
• Maintain project governance, status reporting, and risk registers.
