2x.marketing is seeking a RevOps Platforms Analyst to support clients by implementing and managing marketing and sales programs across MAPs, CRMs, and AB platforms. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, QA processes, and ongoing platform optimization.

You will analyze client data, document implementations, and ensure reporting metrics are accessible, while collaborating with RevOps strategists and other teams. This is a remote role with senior responsibilities and growth potential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS, or related field.
• Expert MarTech/SalesTech/AdTech skills with platform certifications at expert level in MAP, CRM, and AB/AdTech.
• Experience with consulting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and explain clearly the roles and functionality of key marketing and sales platform types such as MAPs, CRMs, SEPs, CDPs, AB platforms.
• Understand and explain the basics of data and relational databases including relational table structures, field data types, data hygiene and normalization.
• Implement marketing and sales programs in client systems with accuracy and clarity, document the implementations, and ensure that program reporting metrics can be easily obtained.
• Quickly learn and onboard to any sales and marketing technology platform through formal training, shadowing, and/or hands-on tinkering.
• Follow and champion production processes, including peer QA and client review.
• Track time daily within the approved time-tracking system, with appropriate coding and notes.
• Understand and explain RevOps, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategies.
• Research and answer complex questions from colleagues and clients regarding RevOps technology, data or analytics.
• Explain and document the RevOps steps required to execute an integrated revenue program.
• Break down RevOps deliverables into tasks and execute on time, budget, and quality.
