Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Consultant, Process Optimization & Agentic Operations to advance process improvement across retirement recordkeeping and related service delivery. The role partners with leaders to balance customer experience with feasibility and change management in a remote U.S. setting.

You will diagnose current workflows, design future-state solutions, and drive value realization through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting roles.
• Experience in retirement operations and recordkeeping is essential.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record in leading operational improvement initiatives from assessment to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in automation, workflow transformation, or AI initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostics to identify efficiency and quality opportunities.
• Analyze current processes and develop future-state solutions for improved outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders to implement process improvements effectively.
• Eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline workflows.
• Own improvement initiatives from identification through to value realization.
• Develop data-informed recommendations balancing customer impact and operational feasibility.
• Facilitate process redesign efforts to enhance customer and associate experiences.
