Job summary

Parsley Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics to own the full revenue engine. You will connect marketing, sales, member engagement, clinician capacity, billing, and collections to drive a shared, trusted view of revenue.

You will analyze questions, reconcile conflicting metrics, forecast with finance, and lead BI/dashboard improvements. This is a senior IC role, remote by default with preference for Eastern or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience owning cross-functional business problems.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to investigate complex datasets.
• Experience with revenue forecasting and funnel analysis.
• Experience translating data into clear recommendations and driving decisions.
• Experience defining business metrics and creating sources of truth.
• Comfort with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode.

Responsibilities

• Own view of the revenue engine across marketing, sales, engagement, clinician capacity, visits, billing, collections, and financial results.
• Turn analysis into action by investigating questions and following through with relevant teams.
• Reconcile conflicting stories across departments to achieve a shared understanding.
• Improve forecasting and planning with Finance and functional leaders.
• Own BI dashboards, source of truth, and reporting processes.
• Connect growth analytics with acquisition, conversion, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Connect care delivery and RCM to revenue and other business factors.
• Handle RevOps & BizOps tasks like KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Work directly with data using SQL and BI tools to validate data quality.
