Parsley Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics to own the full revenue engine—marketing, sales, member experience, clinical capacity, billing, and collections—across the company. This senior IC role reports to Finance with a dotted line to the CTO and offers remote work with NYC HQ collaboration when needed.

You will investigate data with SQL, reconcile metrics, improve forecasting, and maintain dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across Revenue Ops, operations, analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience owning cross-functional business problems, not just analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to investigate complex datasets.
• Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, or business metrics.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own view of revenue engine across marketing, sales, member engagement, billing, and collections.
• Turn analysis into action: identify root causes, recommend changes, and coordinate with teams.
• Reconcile conflicting stories across departments and establish a shared truth.
• Improve forecasting and planning with cross-functional leaders on revenue metrics.
• Maintain BI dashboards, metrics definitions, and sources of truth.
