Roboflow is a fully distributed company; you can work from hubs or from home. We’re hiring a RevOps Analyst / Sr. Salesforce Administrator to extend our go-to-market systems, focusing on Salesforce, Apex, LWC, and integrations, while building AI-powered workflows where needed.

You’ll partner with Sales, Ops, and Engineering to ship scalable GTM solutions. You will drive data quality, reporting, and dashboards, enable end users with templates, and own day-to-day data hygiene across connected GTM

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer capacity.
• 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, LWC, and integratons.
• Experience testing, deploying solutions, and using Metadata API.
• Understanding GTM concepts and related tools in a GTM ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Build and extend Salesforce functionality under guidance of the Business Infrastructure team.
• Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and related tools.
• Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and field standardization across GTM systems.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards to surface pipeline health and GTM performance.
• Enable end users to build reports and dashboards using templates and permissions.
• Design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows and collaborate with Sales/Ops/Eng.
• Provide end-user support for lead routing, assignments, and SLA adherence.
