Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to lead pro forma modeling and deal support as we scale our GTM motion. You will own pro formas for live sales cycles, manage RFP responses, and support analytics across the customer lifecycle with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships.

You will shape deal economics, improve data quality, and automate recurring processes to speed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; ability to build and iterate complex models quickly.
• Experience building pricing, forecasting, or deal-economics models.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate pro formas to support live sales cycles and deals.
• Own RFP responses end to end, coordinating inputs from technical, legal, and business stakeholders.
• Support analytics across the customer lifecycle from marketing attribution to pipeline and health.
• Drive CRM data hygiene and improve data quality for revenue teams.
• Deliver clear, decision-ready analyses for prospect and partner conversations.
