Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a Senior RevOps Analytics Lead to shape and scale our GTM analytics. This remote role based in the United States reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and focuses on turning data into insights that drive bookings, pipeline, renewals, and customer lifecycle performance.

You’ll own post‑data insights, partner with Revenue Ops, CS, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and lead AI‑driven analytics workflows. A data‑driven, fast‑paced environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue analytics, GTM analytics, revenue operations, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience working across the revenue lifecycle - pipeline, forecasting, bookings, renewals, retention, GRR, and NRR.
• Strong hands‑on SQL skills and experience with modern BI tools - Sigma Computing strongly preferred; Tableau, Hex, or Looker also considered.
• Comfort working directly in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse; understand data models and data flow to reporting.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce; experience with Gainsight (health scores, renewal workflows, CS data) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a more self‑service analytics environment so teams can answer routine questions independently.
• Lead the shift from static reporting toward AI‑powered workflows, anomaly detection, and natural language querying of GTM data.
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and insight delivery.
• Own analytics foundation for Sales, Customer Success, and broader GTM with a focus on pipeline, bookings, ARR, GRR, NRR, renewals, churn risk, and customer health.
• Build and govern dashboards, reporting layers, and metric definitions for leadership.
