Job summary

Pivotal Health is building an AI-driven platform to simplify reimbursement for healthcare providers. We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to own pro forma models, manage RFP responses, and support analytics across the customer lifecycle from marketing attribution through pipeline and health.

This role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships, reporting to Head of Revenue Operations, to scale deal economics as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations or similar analytics role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and modeling.
• Experience building pricing, forecasting, or deal economics models.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot; BI tools or SQL a plus.
• Cross-functional partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Build pro formas to support live sales cycles, partnerships, and pricing decisions.
• Evaluate deal economics, assumptions, and risk.
• Own RFP responses end to end with input from technical, legal, and business stakeholders.
• Support analytics across the customer lifecycle from marketing attribution to pipeline and retention.
• Improve data quality and speed up decision-making with revenue teams.
• Drive CRM data hygiene and identify risks and gaps.
• Maintain and refine pro forma templates and documentation.
• Support SaaS and partnership deal structuring.
• Deliver clear analyses for prospect and partner conversations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes to improve speed and accuracy.
