is seeking a North America Reverse Logistics Manager in Chicago to own end-to-end reverse logistics, including OS&D, returns and remnant handling, product recovery, and recalls. You will serve as a subject matter expert and lead external provider relationships with a focus on minimizing risk and optimizing performance. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related functions with ownership of complex processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary SME for specialized reverse logistics activities across functions.
• Lead recall, recovery and GEN recovery events partnering with Legal, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics.
• Own relationships and oversight for external service providers in Reverse Logistics.
• Lead contract negotiations, business reviews, and service performance management.
• Manage complex seasonal return activities to minimize financial exposure and disruption.
• Coordinate reconciliation, financial accuracy, product disposition and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements, tech enhancements, and reporting capabilities.
