Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a North America Reverse Logistics Manager to own end-to-end reverse logistics, including OS&D, returns, and recovery initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams and external providers with a focus on minimizing financial impact and improving processes.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for specialized reverse logistics activities, drive contractual oversight, and lead performance reviews while collaborating with Legal, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related functions with ownership of complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for specialized reverse logistics activities across functions.
• Lead recalls, recovery and GEN recovery events with Legal, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Manage relationships with external service providers supporting Reverse Logistics.
• Oversee contract negotiations, business reviews and performance metrics.
• Coordinate complex seasonal return activities and minimize financial exposure.
