Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a North America Reverse Logistics Manager to own end-to-end reverse logistics processes, including OS&D, returns, recalls, and recovery programs, across the Supply Chain organization in the Chicago area.

You will act as a subject matter expert, lead external partners, drive improvements, and collaborate with Legal, Quality, and Finance to minimize financial exposure while ensuring compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for specialized reverse logistics activities, providing expertise and independent problem resolution.
• Lead product recall, recovery events, and coordinate with Legal, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics.
• Own relationships and oversight for external service providers supporting Reverse Logistics.
• Lead contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, service performance management, and issue resolution.
• Independently manage complex seasonal return activities and related business decisions to minimize financial exposure.
• Coordinate reconciliation, financial accuracy, product disposition, and issue resolution across functions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies.
