Job summary

SC Johnson in Chicago seeks a North America Reverse Logistics Manager to own end-to-end reverse logistics processes and drive strategic direction across the Supply Chain. You will serve as a subject matter expert for OS&DS, Returns & Remnants, and Recall recovery, coordinating with Legal, Quality, and Finance.

The role requires 7+ years in Supply Chain/Logistics and a Bachelor's degree, with hybrid work options, 10% travel, and a base salary in the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related functions with ownership of complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for reverse logistics activities across functions.
• Support product recalls, recovery, and GEN recovery events with Legal, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Manage relationships and oversight for external service providers supporting Reverse Logistics.
• Lead contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, and service performance management.
• Oversee complex seasonal return activities and minimize financial exposure and disruption.
• Coordinate reconciliation, financial accuracy, product disposition, and issue resolution across departments.
