Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a North America Reverse Logistics Manager in Chicago to own end-to-end reverse logistics processes, drive strategic direction, and execute critical activities. You will serve as the SME for OS&D, returns, recalls, and disposition, coordinating with Legal, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics.

You will manage external service providers, lead contract reviews, and push for process improvements, technology upgrades, and robust reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related functions with demonstrated ownership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SME for reverse logistics activities across functions.
Act as a decision-maker during product recalls, recovery, and GEN recovery events in partnership with Legal, Quality, and Commercial teams.
Oversee relationships with external service providers supporting Reverse Logistics operations.
Lead contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, and service performance management.
Manage complex seasonal return activities and related business decisions to minimize financial exposure.
Coordinate reconciliation, financial accuracy, product disposition, and issue resolution across departments and partners.
Identify and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and reporting capabilities to boost performance and reduce risk.
