Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a North America Reverse Logistics Manager to own end-to-end reverse logistics processes, including OS&D, returns, and product recovery. You will lead cross-functional coordination with Legal, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics, and manage relationships with multiple external service providers.

• Lead recall, recovery, and GEN recovery events with Legal, Quality, and Logistics.
• Oversee external service providers, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Identify process improvements, technology enhancements, and reporting capabilities.
