SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Diego is seeking a Senior Revenue Transaction Coordinator to manage daily to monthly revenue duties, including input, filing, and report creation, while supervising cash handling and deposits. You will ensure accuracy in monetary transactions and support system adjustments as needed.

You will also assist with training, participate in finance projects, and serve as a back-up for finance areas, all while delivering strong customer service to guests and team

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• AA degree or equivalent; or education/experience mix.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Finance, accounting coursework a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to write business correspondence.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; attention to detail in monetary transactions.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly revenue duties including input, filing, and report creation.
• Supervise receipt of funds, disbursement, and recording of transactions.
• Analyze and verify daily deposits; adjust accounting records as needed.
• Create reports for revenue management and address discrepancies or training needs.
• Assist with training Revenue Transaction Coordinators; support finance projects and back-up finance areas.
