SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Revenue Recognition Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. You will participate in day-to-day accounting, handle deferred revenue models, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, supporting internal controls and audits.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 2+ years of GAAP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Ability to complete ad hoc projects and manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Prepare deferred revenue models and deferred revenue account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations with supporting records.
• Ensure internal controls for timely, accurate reporting.
• Assist in corporate finance functions such as financial reporting and budgeting.
• Assist in the facilitation of audit processes.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
