Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Senior Analyst, In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy, to own revenue analysis across guest behavior, pricing, and promotions. You will lead analytics projects, develop insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize park revenue.

The role reports to the Director of Revenue Analytics & Strategy and involves leadership and mentorship. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics related to revenue, pricing, or BI, with strong SQL,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics, finance, economics, or related field.
3+ years of analytics, data science, BI, pricing, or revenue management experience.
Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, BigQuery, and Excel; knowledge of Alteryx/SAC is a plus.
Ability to translate data into strategic insights and executive presentations.
Experience leading projects, mentoring teammates, and guiding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics projects to drive revenue growth across parks, F&B, retail, and operations.
Analyze guest behavior, pricing, promotions, and sales data to inform strategies.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics; ensure data governance and quality.
Forecast, model scenarios, and build business cases with cross-functional partners.
Mentor team members and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
