Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Diego is seeking a Revenue Transaction Coordinator, Senior to manage daily, weekly, and monthly revenue duties, including input, filing, and reconciliation. You will oversee cash handling, prepare reports, and support training within the Finance team.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to write effective business correspondence.
• Strong basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ten-key experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ATRB vault functions preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
• Able to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Transaction duties including input, filing, and Over/Short reconciliation report creation.
• Supervise receipt of funds, disbursement of funds, and recording of monetary transactions.
• Create daily report to Revenue Transaction management on discrepancies or training issues.
• Assist with training of Revenue Transaction Coordinators.
• Assist with special projects in the Finance department as needed.
• Limited role as back-up for Finance areas.
• Maintain a safe and neat working environment.
• Perform Park cashier and SOP audits as needed.
• Back-office ticket printing responsibilities.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure positive customer flow during audits.
