Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial analytics, revenue management, strategy, or financial analysis.
• Experience in cruise/airline/hospitality pricing or constrained markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with occupancy, load factor, net per diem, APCD, and international analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic initiatives using the revenue forecast model across departments and channels.
• Own model integrity; validate inputs and outputs on a weekly cycle.
• Prepare materials for commercial meetings with a clear point of view.
• Provide visibility on performance; make numbers accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Recommend actions to improve performance and measure impact.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, Ecommerce, Deployment and Finance.
• Set analytical priorities and manage end-to-end initiatives.
• Monitor channel and market performance, including international markets.
• Define metrics and maintain reporting standards.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for voyages and routes.
• Ensure data quality and documentation.
