Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or pricing analytics, revenue management, corporate strategy, or financial analysis.
• Experience in cruise, airline, hospitality, or capacity-constrained pricing environment is preferred.
• Track record of analysis that led to a decision or change in business operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiative Identification: translate forecast findings into concrete initiatives with clear commercial rationale.
• Model Integrity and Maintenance: ensure accuracy of the revenue forecast model and investigate variances.
• Commercial Meeting Preparation: build materials to guide meetings with a clear point of view.
• Performance Visibility and Tracking: maintain regular reporting for non-technical audiences.
• Recommendations and Levers: size impact, propose actions, and follow up on results.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Ecommerce, Deployment, and Finance.
• Analytical Agenda Ownership: set priorities and drive proactive investigations.
• Channel and Market Performance: monitor multi-channel performance and adapt strategies.
• Measurement Standards: define metrics and reporting standards for consistency.
• Initiative Ownership End to End: manage from identification to post-implementation review.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: respond to targeted questions with actionable conclusions.
• Data Quality and Documentation: maintain quality and clear definitions for repeatability.
