Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or pricing analytics, revenue management, or financial analysis, with growth in scope and responsibility.
• Industry context in cruise, airline, hospitality, or pricing environments is preferred; familiarity with occupancy, load factor, net per diem, and APCD is advantageous.
• Demonstrated impact from analyses leading to business decisions rather than just reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic initiatives using the revenue forecast model across departments, channels, products, ship, and destination.
• Maintain the accuracy of the revenue forecast model and validate inputs/outputs on a weekly cycle.
• Prepare materials for commercial meetings with a clear point of view and actionable levers.
• Ensure a consistent, trusted view of performance with recurring reporting rhythm.
• Recommend actions to improve performance and measure impact of interventions.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, Ecommerce, Deployment and Finance to drive initiatives to execution.
• Own analytical priorities and sequencing of work, and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Maintain rigorous data quality and documentation across analytical assets.
