Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to lead the financial analysis of our customer lifecycle. You will own reporting and forecasting for Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention, serving as the strategic advisor to our Customer Success leadership.

You will build cohort models, analyze expansion opportunities, unit economics, and churn drivers, partnering with CS and Product Growth to drive sustainable growth and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Experience building and managing high-volume financial models, with a focus on detailed cohort analysis and revenue retention.
• Adept with revenue planning systems and knowledge of profit and loss statements.
• Ability to use AI to build predictive models for revenue forecasting and to explore new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the calculation and reporting of core retention metrics (Churn, GRR, NRR).
• Build and maintain cohort models to track customer segments over time.
• Partner with CS & Product Growth to quantify churn drivers and financial impact.
• Analyze upsell/cross-sell trends to identify expansion opportunities.
• Calculate and track LTV and the LTV:CAC ratio.
• Develop rolling renewals forecasts and prepare board-ready materials.
