Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
• Minimum of five years of cumulative professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue lifecycle for billing attorneys or matters, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate WIP and AR discussions with stakeholders to discuss work-in-progress and reduce inventory days.
• Ensure processes comply with VAT, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, and anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Mentor Revenue Operations team members to deliver high-quality, timely service.
• Promote best practices in matter maintenance to convert WIP to cash and manage inventory, including write-offs.
• Protect confidential information and maintain data security.
