• Experience using financial systems, preferably in a law firm context.
• Strong billing knowledge and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Create, edit, and finalize bills following firm and client requirements and directives.
• Prepare and finalize invoices in line with VAT and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices and coordinate with revenue/e-billing teams.
• Generate and review proformas from 3E for billing purposes.
• Utilize billing software to complete the billing process and handle refunds.
• Protect confidential information handled by the firm.
