Job summary

Latham & Watkins in New York is seeking a Manager – Revenue Operations to oversee end-to-end billing processes, supervise the revenue team, and contribute to firm-wide revenue campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, at least five years of relevant accounting experience, and seven years overall, plus strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership. Hybrid schedule with in-office NYC presence.

• Thorough understanding of firm billing systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, posting, balancing and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing processes and ensure timely invoicing.
• Lead revenue-related campaigns and collaborate with Finance Committee.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations to implement best practices.
• Act as liaison with local Finance Committee on calls and next steps.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in revenue procedures.
• Manage inventory and collections support aligned with the Gold Standard.
