Latham & Watkins is seeking a Senior Specialist – Revenue Operations in New York. This role coordinates billing activities, prepares and analyzes complex client bills, and supports e-billing. Hybrid in-office schedule may be available.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in legal/finance billing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bachelor’s preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in a legal, accounting, finance, or equivalent industry.
• Experience with billing processes and invoicing.
• Proficiency with billing software and client requests.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and finalize bills per firm/client requirements and directives.
• Prepare and finalize invoices compliant with regulations.
• Ensure delivery of invoices and coordinate with billing teams to resolve rejections.
