Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Coordinator – Revenue Operations to join the Revenue Operations team. The role will oversee billing processes, complex billing duties, and tracking accounts receivable for a group of billing attorneys.

Hybrid work with in-office presence in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. You will coordinate with attorneys, support staff, finance teams, and clients to ensure timely invoicing, monitor WIP, and uphold firm policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting practices and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among attorneys, support staff, Global Finance, and clients to ensure timely responses.
• Prepare, review, and post client invoices in compliance with firm policies and guidelines.
• Generate and review proformas, monitor WIP, and address balances per attorney instructions.
• Promote matter maintenance and proper billing setups, code matter time entries, and apply BOA balances.
• Deliver invoices or coordinate delivery with clients and e-billing teams.
• Protect and maintain confidential information.
