Job summary

DraftKings Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to translate opportunities into structured, executable plans across our Lottery business.

You will partner with Lottery teams and analytics to drive measurable growth and guide launch readiness. You will build relationships with key partners, develop strategic plans tying customer needs to commercial opportunities, and establish success metrics before initiatives launch.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, strategy, or related field.
Experience in lottery, gaming, or fintech is a plus.
Strong financial and quantitative modeling skills.
Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day contact for key Lottery partners, building strong relationships and aligning teams around opportunities, priorities, and decisions.
Develop strategic plans that connect customer needs, state-level considerations, performance insights, and commercial opportunities to clear, executable work.
Partner with analytics and other cross-functional partners to establish success metrics, comparison groups, data requirements, and decision criteria before initiatives launch.
Lead cross-functional planning from initial stages through launch readiness, establishing clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and decisions along the way.
Evaluate performance and communicate results through clear evidence, implications, recommendations, and next steps to support informed business decisions.
