ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing to partner with go-to-market teams. You will drive operational excellence using data, insights, and process optimization across funnel stages, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.

Strong analytics and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong are essential. The role focuses on visibility from lead to revenue, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing campaigns to grow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales, or Marketing Ops within high-growth SaaS.
• Understand SaaS metrics, subscription economics, and forecast accuracy.
• Proficient with GTM tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze funnel performance with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Provide insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Support forecasting and revenue planning with timely analysis.
• Measure ROI on demand generation activities.
• Recommend actions to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.
• Develop scalable Sales/Marketing ops processes and best practices.
• Drive adoption of systems through training and support.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
