Job summary

Catapult is a sports technology company delivering health, performance, video, and AI insights. We seek a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst in Boston to own the forecast and pipeline cadence, analyze ACV trends, win/loss, rep performance, discounting, pricing, and hardware margins.

You’ll partner with Commercial, Finance and Business Systems to align commercial and financial forecasts, ensuring a single, data-driven story for leadership. 5+ years RevOps and advanced analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in RevOps/SalesOps/commercial analytics with B2B SaaS forecasting ownership.
Strong root-cause analysis with actionable recommendations.
Analytical range including bookings, pipeline, pricing, and unit economics.
Experience with hardware/software margin analysis and COGS impact.
Exceptional communication, synthesizing data into executive summaries.
Strong business partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
Ownership mindset driving process improvement and change.

Responsibilities

Own the global forecast summary and pipeline cadence for executive leadership.
Perform root-cause analysis on pipeline movement and quantify drivers.
Maintain data integrity and tool reliability for trusted forecasting.
Analyze ACV and win/loss trends; optimize territory design and productivity.
Monitor discounting and price realization; analyze hardware margins.
Drive CRM hygiene, dashboards, and automated reporting with Salesforce and BI tools.
