Zusammenfassung

SOPHiA GENETICS is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations in Boston, MA, hybrid work setup. You will design and optimize our commercial processes and analytics across the entire customer journey, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth.

You will own forecasting, CRM discipline, and end-to-end lifecycle workflows, leading a global Sales and Channel Operations team while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations with deep Salesforce ownership.
• 5+ years of global people management experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & CPQ, order management, invoicing, and commercial workflows.
• Forecasting, pipeline review, and reporting; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills; proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Experience in subscription/consumption-based sales is a plus.

• Own revenue forecasting, dashboards, and analytics to inform GTM planning.
• Drive CRM discipline, opportunity reviews, and account planning across global sales teams.
• Align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, defining handoffs and SLAs across regions.
• Design end-to-end customer lifecycle workflows from lead to revenue and ensure data consistency.
