Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: collaborates with Finance and Sales leadership on target, quota setting and territory planning.
• Process Optimization: standardize reporting, monitor metrics, and forecast results for reviews.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: develop sales reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Sales Forecasting: manage forecasting processes for accurate projections.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: analyze metrics to enhance mortgage vertical performance and reduce churn.
