Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a senior Revenue Operations leader to optimize the revenue lifecycle from lead generation through funding, servicing, and recurring revenue streams. You will drive forecasting, KPI management, and profitability analyses while partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

The role requires 10+ years in mortgage sales/finance or revenue operations, strong mortgage banking knowledge, and advanced analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years in Mortgage Sales Leadership, Mortgage Finance, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage banking, fintech, and financial services.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, BI, and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue operations strategies with senior leaders.
• Lead revenue forecasting and planning for mortgage volumes and servicing revenue.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve conversion, pull-through, productivity, cycle times, and channel profitability.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Capital Markets, and Finance.
