Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support oversight of analytics, forecasting, and adoption of AI/ML tools for loan officers and sales leaders. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize the revenue cycle, improve pipeline visibility, and drive performance across mortgage products.

Responsibilities include building predictive models, conducting market analyses, and delivering data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within mortgage lending or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights for revenue growth and lead optimization.
• Develop and maintain predictive models and AI/ML-driven analytics to support forecasting and pricing strategies.
• Conduct pricing and market analyses to improve conversion rates and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Standardize and document revenue operations processes and governance for scalable growth.
• Support lead management, attribution, and sales enablement with advanced analytics.
