Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of revenue cycle processes and data integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic.
• Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads audit/project evaluations according to RI leadership and reviews documentation for accuracy of charges and billing compliance.
• Collaborates with coding and financial departments to identify opportunities for additional revenue.
• Reviews findings with leadership and contributes to dashboards and departmental goals.
• Monitors EPIC Revenue Integrity dashboards in collaboration with coworkers.
• Provides coding, documentation, regulatory and compliance guidance.
• Trains staff on charge accuracy, coding/billing compliance and DTAR/Charge Reconciliation.
• Maintains knowledge of CDM, CPL and Flowsheet Charging to support billing.
• Keeps up with regulatory changes via conferences and in-house sessions.
