Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer, Revenue Cycle Operations to deliver and sustain training for RCMS teams across client environments. The role prepares onshore and global team members to perform their responsibilities accurately and confidently.

You will create and maintain materials including SRGs, SOPs, job aids, process maps, and quick-reference guides, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Content Management, and client SMEs to ensure alignment with approved

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations or related training roles.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training in operational settings.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, step-by-step docs (SRGs, SOPs, job aids).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for onshore and global RCMS teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SRGs, SOPs, and job aids.
• Capture and translate operational workflows into clear procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and client SMEs to align training with SLAs.
• Assess learner readiness and provide coaching and feedback.
