Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Trainer, Revenue Cycle Operations to design, deliver, and sustain training for RCMS teams across client environments. You will prepare onshore and global trainees to perform their roles accurately and confidently, developing materials such as SRGs, SOPs, job aids, and quick-reference guides.

Collaborating with Operations, Quality, Content Management, and client SMEs, you will ensure training aligns with approved workflows, tone, and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, operational training, onboarding, enablement, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into clear, detailed step-by-step operational documentation such as SRGs, SOPs, job aids, work instructions, or process guides.
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, which may include registration, billing, claims processing, denials management, accounts receivable, reimbursement, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for onshore and global revenue cycle teams.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding, client-specific, system, and workflow training, plus remediation.
• Explain complex revenue cycle workflows and payer requirements in clear language.
• Lead demonstrations, guided practice, and scenario-based exercises with learners.
• Evaluate learner comprehension and readiness through checks and assessments.
• Provide feedback and communicate readiness concerns to stakeholders.
• Support train-the-trainer activities to reinforce learning.
