Job summary

Impact Advisors, a leading healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Technical Writer for Revenue Cycle Operations. You will develop SRGs and operational documentation to enable consistent execution across RCMS.

Collaborate with clients, operations teams, and subject matter experts to capture current-state processes, validate content, and promote standardization. This role supports knowledge management and the creation of job aids, process maps, and reference materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating detailed SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to learn new processes via interviews and observation.
• Strong writing, editing, and procedural clarity.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SRGs for revenue cycle operations.
• Translate complex processes into clear step-by-step instructions.
• Create screenshots, tables, and process maps to improve clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Support knowledge management and content governance initiatives.
