Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled pediatric group, seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations to lead billing and coding across markets with supervision of Billing and Coding Supervisors. This hands-on leadership role partners with Revenue Integrity, Analytics, Compliance, Credentialing, Clinical Operations, and Payer/Partner teams to scale operations.

The role offers a base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus incentive, competitive benefits, and eligibility for an employee

Qualifikationen

• Substantial coding and billing operations experience required.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, payer edits, and coding compliance.
• Experience with Athenahealth or comparable EHR platform preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day billing and coding operations across multiple markets and payers.
• Monitor coding queues, billing worklists, denials, backlogs, and staffing needs.
• Provide technical resource on CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS and coding compliance.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate cross-functional resolutions for claims.
• Partner with Revenue Integrity and Compliance on audits and policy interpretation.
• Develop Billing and Coding Supervisors and teams with clear expectations.
• Build supervisory capability through coaching in people management and KPI execution.
• Establish regular cadence and translate goals into KPIs and plans.
• Identify gaps and drive workforce planning, onboarding, and training.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product/Technology on revenue cycle initiatives.
