• Substantial coding and billing operations experience required.
• Strong CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS knowledge and coding compliance understanding.
• Ability to lead and develop Billing and Coding Supervisors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day billing and coding operations across markets, payers, and service lines.
• Monitor queues, worklists, denials, and backlogs; plan staffing to meet service levels.
• Coach and develop supervisors; establish KPI cadence and execution plans.
• Partner with Revenue Integrity, Analytics, Compliance, Credentialing, Clinical Ops, and Product/Tech.
