Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. They deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans.

The Vice President/Head of Revenue Cycle will lead day-to-day billing and coding operations across multiple markets, coach Supervisors, and own Revenue Cycle KPIs to drive improvements.

Formación

• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership.
• Certified Professional Coder (AAPC or AHIMA) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day billing and coding operations across multiple markets, payers, and service lines.
• Coach and develop Billing and Coding Supervisors to drive performance.
• Own Revenue Cycle KPIs and drive process improvements.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of Revenue Cycle experience and 3+ years of people leadership.
• Certified Professional Coder (AAPC or AHIMA) required.

• Base salary range $100,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus.
