Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue to lead revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients, with a focus on behavioral health services. This remote role allows periodic travel to Baltimore, MD, and requires alignment with Eastern Time business hours.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, with 5+ years in leadership, and a hands-on, process-driven approach to optimize billing, claims, AR, and denials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle management or related operations.
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle operations.
• Experience supervising managers or department leaders.
• Experience with multi-client or multi-facility revenue cycle operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership across revenue cycle functions (billing, claims, AR, collections, denials).
• Oversee revenue cycle services for multiple healthcare clients with consistent performance.
• Lead recurring performance meetings with client executives to review financial results.
• Develop and mentor a geographically distributed revenue cycle team.
• Monitor KPIs like denial rates, days in AR, clean claim rates, and collections.
