Job summary

MEDTEAM, a division of Harris Computer, is seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead teams across billing, collections, AR, coding, and denial management. The role partners with leadership to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and achieve client goals.

This remote position welcomes candidates anywhere in the US with travel up to 25%. Preference given to those in EST or CST time zones and with strong leadership in healthcare revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle services in a hospital setting
• At least 3 years in a leadership role and knowledge of multiple EHRs
• Proven client relationship skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% to hospital locations or events

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop frontline managers, team leads, and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance and service targets.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports for leadership and clients.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement standard workflows and best practices.
