Job summary

Valleywise Health is seeking a Senior Systems & Data Analyst to support the deployment and development of Revenue Cycle applications across hospital systems. The role leads training, documents SOPs and workflow procedures, and ensures alignment with department goals and Valleywise Health values.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare data management, experience with revenue cycle software, and proficiency in SQL, Excel and Access. Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare data management and analysis experience using revenue cycle and hospital financial software applications.
• Experience with healthcare contractual systems, claim scrubbers or Epic systems preferred.
• Training in ASP application coordination and Microsoft Access preferred.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle database programming, data structure, and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data and translate findings.
• Lead knowledge transfer and training activities.
• Develop SOPs, tip sheets, and workflow documentation for BI activities.
• Collaborate on project teams to achieve goals and deliver measurable customer service.
