• An equivalent combination of education and directly related revenue cycle, healthcare operations, or training experience may be considered.
• A master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires three or more years of relevant experience managing revenue cycle, healthcare operations, healthcare information technology, process improvement, or project management initiatives.

• Independently manages complex revenue cycle projects from initiation through implementation, transition, and benefit realization.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, information technology partners, and revenue cycle leaders to deliver defined project outcomes within the approved scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintains project artifacts, communicates risks and decisions, and guides consistent project management practices across assigned initiatives.
• Ensures defined project outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating stakeholder communication and risk management.
