Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analytics Lead to design and deliver advanced BI solutions, dashboards, and data products across HB and PB data. You will translate business priorities into analytics projects, coordinate with BI Analysts, Financial Analysts, IT, and stakeholders, and ensure delivery from requirements through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in BI/healthcare analytics, strong SQL and visualization skills, and experience with Epic Clarity/Caboodle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI, healthcare analytics, or Revenue Cycle analytics.
• Experience building complex reports, dashboards, and data products.
• Proficient SQL skills and data visualization expertise.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project execution abilities.
• Understanding of HB/PB data and Revenue Cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI analytics projects from initiation to delivery.
• Translate business needs into reports, dashboards, and data products.
• Coordinate across BI, Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data validation, QA, and alignment with source systems.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Analysts and stakeholders.
